The construction project is one
of the difficult tasks to manage because huge number of investment is required
on construction project. There are number of financiers available to finance the
construction project like bank, financial banks, Industrial Development banks,
local development banks to finance the construction projects. A huge risk in involved for the payment delays and wrong investment either due to market and sock exchange rates.
In order to
manage the construction project it’s require one project manager, one
supervisor and civil engineer to work on construction projects. The proper plan
is required before the project has been started or development required which
afterwards approved from the Map Planner officer and it’s requiring some legal
services. The Proper activity plan is require starting any activity and then
linking those activities to other activities. Firstly to start any project it’s
requiring to calculate a Return on investment on it. The expected cash flows of
the future from the project and its evaluation on proper basis on ROI.
